Terms of service

Last updated: [DATE]

Draft for legal review. These terms are a placeholder and must be reviewed by a qualified adviser before they are relied on.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy systems, services, care plans or ready-built businesses from Pioneer(“Pioneer”). They are intended for business customers. Each order also has a statement of work describing its scope, deliverables and timeline.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate.
  • Builds under £5,000 are paid in full when ordered. Builds of £5,000 or more require a 50% deposit, with the balance due at launch.
  • Care plans are billed monthly from launch and can be cancelled with [30] days' notice.
  • Third-party usage (for example AI model, telephony, SMS or data-provider costs) is billed at cost.

3. Delivery, reviews and acceptance

We deliver work in milestones. At each milestone you review the deliverables in the client portal and either approve them or request changes within [5] working days. Reasonable change requests within the agreed scope are included; changes outside scope are quoted separately.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an order before work starts for a full refund of any amount paid. After work starts, deposits cover work completed and are refundable only for work not yet performed, [DETAILS]. Care plans can be cancelled as set out above.

5. Updates and support

While your care plan is active, you receive all updates to the systems you own and support within the response time for your plan. If the care plan ends, systems continue to run as delivered, without updates or ongoing support.

6. Ready-built businesses

We build and set up the business and its systems as described in the listing. We make no promise, estimate or representation about income, revenue or profit. Results depend on your own effort, skills, market and investment. You are responsible for registrations, licences, insurance and legal compliance for the business you run.

7. Ownership and data

Once paid for, you own the configuration, workflows and documentation delivered for you, subject to the terms of third-party software. We process personal data on your behalf under a data processing agreement and UK GDPR.

8. Liability

[LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CLAUSE: to be drafted by your adviser.]
